Route

Day 1

We will pick you up from your hotel/cottage early in the morning and drive you to Diani Airstrip. The flying safari adventure begins here! The propeller plane takes you past Kilimanjaro directly to the airstrip in the Mara, where you are already expected. You will get your first impressions of this natural paradise on the drive to your camp.
You will check in, enjoy an excellent lunch and spend the lunch break at your camp.

At a bend in the Talek River not far from the Mara River is Intrepids, which translates to “fearless, bold”.

The BBC's Big Cat Diary was filmed in this environment. Numerous wild animals native to this region as well as the large migration with river crossings make the location tempting.
