Route
Day 1
Pick up at your hotel/cottage in the morning and begin the exciting journey into the interior of the country via Mombasa.
Shortly before entering the Tsavo West National Park you take a short break, now we drive into the realm of wild animals.
The park is very scenic, dense vegetation and green hills characterize the picture. Wild animals find plenty of hiding places, so every game drive becomes a surprise tour and you need a little bit of safari luck.
Until midday you cruise across the park in search of photo opportunities. Afterwards, check in at the Severin Safari Camp, enjoy a tasty lunch and relax a bit in the beautiful grounds.
After afternoon tea, the next game viewing trip starts to the Mzima Springs lake with hippos and crocodiles in a beautiful natural idyll.
You are sure to encounter animals in the wild along the way, just keep an eye out! A great animal encounter can happen at any time!
At dusk the path leads back to the camp, you refresh yourself and enjoy dinner and end the eventful day relaxing under the canopy of stars.
African nights in the camp surrounded by nature are magical!
Day 2
Your day begins with an early breakfast, after check-out you start your game drive and the 94 kilometer route to Amboseli National Park. This drive takes you through the Chyulu Hills and Masailand. If you wish, you can make a short stop at the Sheitani lava field.
The Amboseli National Park presents a completely different landscape: huge herds of elephants leisurely move through the flat, wide plains. Enjoy the land at the foot of Kilimanjaro and feel the magic!
You go on an exciting game viewing trip until lunchtime and then check into your accommodation.
Here you can spend your lunch break with lunch, a refreshment in the pool and simply feel good!
The afternoon game drive takes you in front of the backdrop of the most popular photo motif, Mount Kilimanjaro!
In the evening we return to the lodge and spend another evening in an atmospheric atmosphere with dinner.
Day 3
Today you will also set off on an interesting game viewing trip at daybreak. After breakfast, the safari continues to Tsavo East National Park.
As soon as you enter the “Theater of the Wilderness”, Kenya shows itself from its original side; the first game drive takes you through the middle of the national park to Ashnil Lodge on the Aruba Dam. Here you will fortify yourself again with lunch, settle into your accommodation and while away the hours in tranquility until the afternoon game drive. From the terrace of your room you have a beautiful view of the Aruba Dam, which is an attraction for numerous wildlife.
After the afternoon, certainly exciting, game viewing trip, you return home to a beautiful evening in the lodge with a view and celebrate a successful safari day.
The Amboseli National Park presents a completely different landscape: huge herds of elephants leisurely move through the flat, wide plains. Enjoy the land at the foot of Kilimanjaro and feel the magic!

Day 4
After a cup of coffee/tea, we set off at dawn for the early game, the best time of day to observe a big cat hunt! Afterwards there is a rich breakfast. We pack our luggage and check out. We roam the park for a nice game until lunch, then it's time to say goodbye to the wilderness.
After lunch, the tour goes back to your accommodation via Mombasa to the coast and your driver says goodbye to you in the late afternoon. Kwaheri!!

Eva Strobel2024-12-11 We booked a private safari in Tsavo East on December 03.12.24rd, 2, 1 days XNUMX night in the Ashnil Aruba Lodge with DM Tours. We were very satisfied. Everything was well organized and went really well. The lodge was very nice, the rooms were very clean and the food was excellent. We were also lucky enough to see a lot of animals. A very special thank you and many greetings to our very good guide Rufus. He explained a lot to us and showed us a lot. Many thanks also to Evi with whom we booked the tour. When we come back to Kenya, DM Tours will definitely be our first choice for a safari. Best wishes to the whole DM team from Eva and Josef Sebastian Gloria2024-11-16 We had a fantastic 20.10-day private safari through Tsavo West, Amboseli and Taita Hills with our driver Katana on October 4th. It was very impressive!!! Thanks to Katana, we were lucky enough to see cheetahs and lions as well as elephants, zebras, giraffes, etc. The individual camps and lodges were fantastic. A big thank you to the DM Tours team. Super organized, from the advance booking through Manuela to the surprise of a bottle of champagne at sunset on the last evening!!! Thank you so much!!! Harald Kohl2024-10-23 Hello, my dream has come true...7 days of safari...wild animals without end...A big compliment to Katana, our guide, who discussed the game drives with us beforehand, whether we wanted to leave before breakfast, etc...He is the first person I know who can drive a car and scan the area and show us hidden animals...simply GREAT.... Many thanks from us, SOLVEIG, GINA, TORBEN & HARALD Nicki S2024-10-10 Had a great 4 days/3 nights safari. Loved the accommodation at Severin Safari Camp and Sentrim Safari Lodge!! Both very special (one ungated, the other one directly at a waterhole with look-out) extremely friendly staff, very clean. We had an excellent driver (James), who even went beyond the necessary to make sure we got to see lion cubs and a cheetah. We are extremely happy and would definitely go with dm and James again. Absolutely recommended! Isabel Fidomski2024-09-26 We had a fantastic six-day safari in Tsavo West, Amboseli, Naivasha and Mssai Mara. Our guide Joseph is an incredibly good driver and very experienced in the various parks. This is our sixth time in Kenya and we have never been lucky enough to see the Big Five. With Joseph we were finally able to see the long-awaited black rhino. We also saw lions feeding, a cheetah and leopards. If we book another safari, we will gladly do so through DM Tours and preferably with Joseph as our guide. We were well advised and looked after from start to finish. Thank you for everything and see you next time. Markus2024-09-25 We had a wonderful safari that was very well organized. Both the accommodation and the process itself were just perfect. Many thanks to our driver and guide Morris, he always knew exactly where the animals were and what they were going to do next. Simply the best. We would go on safari with DM again in a heartbeat. Stefanie Breuer2024-09-23 Our 3-day safari in Taita Hills and Tsavo East was an incredibly great experience. There were four of us and we stayed at the Salt Lick Lodge and Sentrim Camp. Our driver Justin was always punctual and very friendly. He made a lot of effort to find as many animals as possible with us, explained a lot to us and always brought us safely to our next destination. The great network of the various drivers in the area was very helpful. Justin always received a quick report of interesting sightings. The accommodation was great. The Salt Lick Lodge is something very special. The whole complex is very special and the food is really good. In Sentrim Camp we were able to observe various animals at the watering hole and hear the lions roar at night. Many thanks to the DM Tours team for the great organization and to Justin for the fantastic implementation. We will look back on the trip with fondness. Best wishes. Andreas Kutzner2024-09-23 Great The DM Tour safari was a complete success. The guide James answered every question, he was very knowledgeable and could explain everything! The trip was well organized and we even got champagne 👍 The Salt Lick Lodge was amazing, a thousand times nicer than our hotel, super clean and the food was simply delicious. Many thanks to James because he is a safe and good driver!!!!! He saved us from an almost accident on the way back.....thank you very much! Oliver Sekuli2024-09-23 Thank you for this wonderful trip with you. Meikel, our guide, was simply wonderful. A really great person, we felt very well looked after for 5 days.
