Lodging
Zebra Plains Mara Camp
Directly below the Oldonyo Oloip slope on the open Mara Plateau, there are 30 spacious tents that promise a real safari experience.
Each tent offers impressive views of the savannah and is equipped with comfortable beds and a mosquito net.
The tents have a private terrace and a spacious bathroom at the back.
A waterhole in front of the camp attracts numerous wildlife during the dry season, increasing viewing opportunities directly from the camp.

Route
Day 1
In the morning you will be picked up from your accommodation and taken to the airport in Diani. From there you fly directly to the Maasai Mara. Your driver will be waiting for you at the runway, who will greet you warmly and stow your luggage.
All game drives here are run by the camp, maximum 6 guests per vehicle!
On the way to camp you will make your first animal observations in this wildlife-rich ecosystem. Pure safari!
Upon arrival at Zebra Plains Mara Camp, lunch awaits you and you check in. Enjoy a lunch break in a beautiful location overlooking the wide grassy areas and a waterhole! After tea time there is an afternoon game drive, the greatest safari experience in the realm of wild animals.
The evening in the camp with a tasty dinner, sundowner drink, and stories about the safari experiences awaken the classic African feeling in every guest!
Day 2
Today you will spend the whole day with extensive game viewing drives in the morning and afternoon, hunting for the Big Five, migration or all the wildlife native to this area.
The local drivers will be happy to introduce you to the wildlife, landscapes, people and history of the Mara ecosystem! Maybe you will experience the unique experience of the Great Migration? Game drives in this wilderness offer many surprising animal encounters and spectacular natural spectacles.
You return to camp for lunch or, if you wish, you can enjoy a picnic along the way.
The very eventful day ends with a sundowner drink, the exclusive dinner and the beautiful ambience of the evening in the camp. They will love it!
Day 3
After breakfast around 10:00, your guide will take you back to the airstrip.
Here he says goodbye to you and you take the flight back to Ukunda to the coast. We will be waiting for you when you arrive and will drive you back to your accommodation.

Optional: Sleep in and stay at the Zebra Plains Mara Camp on the last day for a leisurely breakfast, saving yourself the park entrance fees on the last day.
